PQB is a quoting platform that lets verified resellers ("you") build, brand, save, and share wholesale price quotes for research-grade compounds. PQB provides the software platform; unless a quote states otherwise, the reseller who prepares a quote — not PQB — is the party offering to sell, and each sale is governed by that reseller's own terms with its customer.
You may not use the platform, or any quote, brand asset, or communication produced through it, to make or imply therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, human-use, or veterinary-use claims; to compare products to approved drugs; or to provide dosing or administration guidance. Compliance language included on quotes and price sheets may not be removed, obscured, or altered.
Accepting a quote. A person holding a quote code may accept the quote on the quote page. Accepting is an act of the buyer, not of PQB: it records the acceptance against the quote, captures the name, email and shipping address entered at that moment, and issues a numbered invoice for the quoted figures with a balance due. The record is final — a second acceptance never changes the acceptor, the address, or the invoice number, and never re-routes the invoice or the shipment. The version of these terms in force at that moment is recorded with the acceptance and printed on the resulting invoice.
Who the acceptance is with. The seller is the reseller whose name appears on the quote and the invoice. PQB provides the software that renders the document and mints the number; PQB is not a party to the sale, does not take payment, and does not ship. Payment, delivery, taxes, returns, and every other term of the sale are governed by the reseller's own terms with its customer. Nothing in this section creates an obligation on PQB to supply any product.
By accepting, the buyer confirms that it is a licensed professional or a bona-fide research entity, that it is authorised to bind the entity named on the quote, and that the products will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research and will not be administered to humans or animals (section 2).
You retain ownership of logos and brand assets you upload, and grant us a limited license to store and display them solely to render your price sheets, quotes, and PDFs. You represent that your branding does not infringe any third party's rights and is not misleading — including any suggestion that quoted products are approved drugs or intended for human use.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PQB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill; our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us for the platform in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access (including disabling codes) for breach of these terms, legal or compliance risk, or discontinuation of the service. Sections 2, 5, 7, and 9 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
