1. What we collect

Quote data — the contents of quotes you build and save: products, quantities, prices, client name, quote number, date, and preparer name you enter.
Branding data — the company name, colors, and logo you upload.
Access and security data — access-code usage and IP addresses, retained briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Device preferences — your light/dark theme choice, stored locally in your browser (localStorage), never sent to us.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

2. How we use it

To operate the platform: render your branded price sheets, save and reopen quotes by code, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

Data is processed by our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, and content delivery) under their standard data-processing terms. A saved quote is visible to anyone who has its quote code — share codes only with the intended recipient. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the platform and its users.

4. Retention

Saved quotes and branding remain until you ask us to delete them or the associated codes are retired. Rate-limiting logs are transient. To request deletion, email access@peptidequotebuilder.com from the contact associated with your access code.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with a managed database provider, and reachable only through a controlled API that validates access codes and rate-limits requests. No method of storage is 100% secure; use strong, private codes and report suspected misuse.

6. Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your stored quote and branding data at any time via the email above. Because quote codes function as access keys, we may verify the request against the issuing account.
